The Mad Hatter

Alice in Wonderland is one of the most beloved children's books of all time. The imagination of Lewis Carroll's strange world has inspired generations of writers and illustrators. So it is no surprise that working on a updated Mad Hatter character really got me excited. Zenescope Entertainment has taken this classic tale and put a modern and very horrific (in a good way) twist to it. If anyone hasn't read these books yet, I suggest you go discover wonderland all over again. My illustration is for the cover of the one-shot story of the Mad Hatter. Pinocchio Collected Edition

Last year I co-wrote and illustrated a dark version of the classic Pinocchio story for Zenescope Entertainment's Grimm Fairy Tales line. Needless to say it was an amazing experience writing my first comic, reinventing these characters and letting my imagination run wild with the interior artwork.

Now, Zenescope plans to rerelease the 2-part miniseries as one collected edition. It will also include a few extra behind-the-scene bonuses as well!
